Stephany's Glass of Greens

Nothing more refreshing than a dose of greens in the mid-afternoon. Whether it be after a social weekend, an indulging cheat meal or just a daily routine…this green smoothie recipe is the prefect beverage!

Ingredients:

1 apple

1/2 a banana

2 cups spinach leaves

1/2 lime squeezed

1 cup unsweetened coconut water

1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

2 tablespoons light coconut milk

1/2 cup crushed ice (optional)

Directions:

Blend & Enjoy with a garnish of unsweetened coconut flakes
